Company Milestones
Ferry VN began as in-house ticketing software at a tour operator in Can Tho that worked with more than ten ferry operators. Planning started in May 2024 and development in June 2024. In July 2025 the platform connected its operators and went live with the first agencies, and the business was registered as FERRY VN JSC on August 22, 2025.

FAQ
Your e-ticket is sent to your email address after payment, with a QR code for check-in at the terminal.
Rules differ by operator. Most fast ferry operators allow changes when you notify them at least 24 hours before departure, for a 30% fee, and not on weekends, holidays and Tet. Thanh Thoi and Binh An car ferry tickets are not refundable.
Bring original documents. Vietnamese citizens present a CCCD or VNeID, and international travelers present an original passport with a valid visa or exemption. Children under 14 carry an original birth certificate.
