The pier is about 0.5 km from central Saigon and 8 km from Tan Son Nhat Airport. Paid parking is available nearby at 01 Ham Nghi Street or at Bitexco, 2 Hai Trieu Street. Do not use the Waterbus parking area for a Greenlines DP departure.
Ho May Pier is in Bai Dau, not Bai Truoc. It is 1.9 km by road from Cau Da Port, the separate departure point for the Vung Tau to Con Dao ferry. The two terminals serve different operators and routes.
Seat Classes, Onboard Amenities, Luggage and Motorbike Transport
Greenlines DP offers one passenger class, Economy. Seats are leather and do not recline. On board, passengers have air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, power outlets, bottled water, a life jacket for each passenger, restrooms, a bar and an outdoor viewing deck. Wi-Fi signal can weaken offshore in Can Gio Bay.
Each passenger may bring 20 kg of luggage free. Excess baggage is charged on board. Explosives, flammable liquids, chemicals, weapons and livestock or poultry are prohibited. Greenlines DP does not carry motorbikes or cars.

Cancellation, Refund and Ticket Change Policy
Greenlines DP charges a 30% fee for cancellation or ticket changes requested at least 24 hours before departure, subject to available seats for changes. Requests made less than 24 hours before departure are not refundable or changeable. Refunds and changes are unavailable on holidays, Tet and weekends, or when a sailing has fewer than five tickets remaining or is full. If the operator cancels a sailing for weather or safety, passengers receive a full refund or a free change to the nearest departure.
