General Terms & Conditions
- If the new ticket price is lower than the original ticket price, the fare difference will not be refunded.
- If the new ticket price is higher than the original ticket price, passengers must pay the fare difference by cash or bank transfer.
- If Ferryvn.com or the ferry operator changes the sailing schedule, passengers will be notified via email, Zalo, or the phone number provided during booking.
- If the departure date or time is changed by the ferry operator and the passenger chooses to cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided without any cancellation fee.
- If a sailing is cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, passengers will receive a 100% refund.
- If the ferry departs earlier than the originally announced departure time, passengers will be informed in advance.
- During public holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and weekends (Saturday & Sunday), ticket cancellation and ticket change requests are not applicable.
- Ticket cancellation or changes are not permitted when fewer than five seats remain available or when the sailing is fully booked.
- Ticket cancellations must be made during business hours.
Important: The final decision regarding ticket cancellation or ticket changes rests solely with the ferry operator. Ferryvn.com acts only as a booking agent and is unable to override or alter the operator’s policies.
