Owners are responsible for supervising their pets, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring their pets’ behavior is controlled at all times. If a pet causes disturbance or discomfort to other passengers, staff may request that the pet be removed from the shared areas.

Can I park my vehicle at the port?

Can passengers bring motorbikes on board?

According to the regulations: Phu Quoc Express allows passengers to bring motorbikes on board (except the Con Dao route). However, you must comply with the size and weight requirements to ensure safety and order. Superdong allows motorbikes on all routes. Other operators, such as Hoa Binh Shipping , Greenlines DP , and Lightning 68 , do not allow motorbikes on board. Please prepare all necessary documents and follow the ferry’s motorbike transport rules to avoid inconvenience.
