Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

Booking tickets on Ferry VN allows you to conveniently and easily search and compare refund and exchange policies of each ferry operator. Depending on the service provider, please note the specific refund and exchange regulations as follows:
For the following ferry operators: Phu Quoc Express, Superdong, Lightning 68, Hoa Binh Ship, Greenlines DP, the ticket refund/exchange policy applies:

For Phu Quy Express, the ticket refund/exchange policy applies:

General Regulations:
- If the new ticket is cheaper than the original ticket, the price difference will not be refunded. Conversely, if the new ticket is more expensive, you must pay the difference in cash or via bank transfer.
- If Ferry VN or the operator changes the ferry schedule, you will be notified via email.
- If the time or date of departure is changed and you wish to refund your ticket, the operator will provide a full refund without charging any additional fees.
- If the ferry trip is canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen incidents, the operator will fully refund your ticket.
- If the ferry departs earlier than the published schedule, you will still be notified in advance.
