The booking conditions set out the limitations and exclusions of liability, as well as fees for cancellation or changes if a booking is canceled or amended after confirmation.

Service Pricing

  • Service prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
  • Service prices are clearly listed under the “Includes” section. The company is not responsible for paying any costs not specified in the “Includes” section.

Payment Methods

Cash Payment

You may make payment in cash at FERRY VN’s head office located at address: No. 5 Tran Van Hoai Street, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City.

Bank Transfer or QR Payment

Please make payment in Vietnamese Dong (VND) to the company’s bank account:

  • Account name: FERRY VN JSC
  • Account number: 32288
  • Bank: Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank)
  • When making a bank transfer, please follow the format provided by our sales staff.
  • After completing the transfer, please send the remittance advice to the Company to confirm payment.

Promotions and Prepaid Vouchers

  • Promotional prepaid vouchers apply to pre-VAT prices for all company products and services.
  • Products or services purchased with a promotional code or voucher cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Promotional codes and prepaid vouchers are applicable for one order only; any leftover amount is not refundable and cannot be converted into cash or a prepaid fund.
  • If otherwise specified, different regulations concerning promotions or prepaid vouchers must be provided in writing by the company.

Payment Timeline

  • Customers must make payment within the stipulated timeframe for all services provided by the company.
  • Services with fluctuating prices may be updated by the sales staff before payment. The most recent quote falls within the stipulated payment timeline.
  • Payment is considered complete once the company receives the amount.
  • The company will not be responsible for automatic price increases, or automatic service cancellations resulting from failure to pay within the stipulated timeframe.

Service Cancellation and Cancellation Fees

  • For service cancellations initiated by the company:
  • The company will notify the customer and issue a full refund of any amount paid by the customer within 3 days from the official cancellation notice, via bank transfer.
  • For service cancellations initiated by the customer:
  • Please notify the company within working hours if you wish to change/move/cancel/exchange services. Change/move/cancellation/exchange periods are counted during business hours, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Complaints and Resolution

  • Complaints and compensation will be handled amicably by both parties to seek the most appropriate resolution.
  • If you have any complaints about products or services, you must immediately notify the tour group leader/guide during service usage to enable prompt handling and issue resolution.
  • If unsatisfied, please contact the company representative (sales staff). The sales staff will receive the complaint upon notification, commit to respond in the shortest time, and specify the representative who will reply to you. The response time and representative depend on the nature of the complaint.
  • After 30 days from the last day of the service, the company will not handle complaints beyond this period.

Changes

Ferryvn.com reserves the right to modify any aspect or content of the website, including features, details, or other information, without prior notice.
