Regulations for travelling by ferry?

- Bring original identification documents: VNeID, National ID, Passport, or for children - a birth certificate with red stamp. Foreigners are required to present an original passport and valid visa.
- Present at the terminal 45-60 minutes before departure.

What is the baggage policy?
Each passenger may bring 1–2 suitcases (up to 20kg/each). Other items will be charged extra and staff will quote the fee in advance.
Are pets allowed on board?
Yes. Passengers are permitted to bring small pets (under 5kg, such as dogs or cats) on board. Pets must be kept in carriers or bags and placed on the deck area. Owners are responsible for supervising their pets, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring their pets’ behavior is controlled at all times. If a pet causes disturbance or discomfort to other passengers, staff may request that the pet be removed from the shared areas.
Can I park my vehicle at the port?

Can passengers bring motorbikes on board?
According to the regulations:
- Phu Quoc Express allows passengers to bring motorbikes on board (except the Con Dao route). However, you must comply with the size and weight requirements to ensure safety and order.
- Superdong allows motorbikes on all routes.
- Other operators, such as Hoa Binh Shipping, Greenlines DP, and Lightning 68, do not allow motorbikes on board.
Please prepare all necessary documents and follow the ferry’s motorbike transport rules to avoid inconvenience.
What are the safety and hygiene regulations on board?
To ensure a clean and safe environment for all passengers, please follow these rules:
- No smoking on board.
- Dispose of trash in nylon bags.
- Do not bring livestock or poultry.
- Do not bring flammable or explosive materials.
- Avoid bringing strong-smelling foods.
- Always fasten your seatbelt when the ferry is moving.
