The journey of formation and development

Ferry VN was born out of the real needs of the maritime transport and tourism industry in Vietnam. Before becoming an independent legal entity, the Ferry VN system was an internal platform serving the ticket sales activities of Mekong Smile Travel Company. After a period of trial and development, we recognized the great potential in digitizing the high-speed ferry ticket selling process, officially launching Ferry VN as an independent technology startup in 2025.

Key milestones:

• May 2024: Idea conception, planning, and implementation
• June 2024: Focus on system software development
• July 2025: Software completion
• August 2025: Reached the first 100+ agencies using the platform
