### General Terms & Conditions

-   If the new ticket price is lower than the original ticket price, the fare difference **will not be refunded**.
-   If the new ticket price is higher than the original ticket price, passengers must pay the fare difference by cash or bank transfer.
-   If **Ferryvn.com** or the ferry operator changes the sailing schedule, passengers will be notified via **email, Zalo, or the phone number** provided during booking.
-   If the departure date or time is changed by the ferry operator and the passenger chooses to cancel the trip, a **full refund** will be provided without any cancellation fee.
-   If a sailing is cancelled due to **bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances**, passengers will receive a **100% refund**.
-   If the ferry departs earlier than the originally announced departure time, passengers will be informed in advance.
-   During **public holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and weekends (Saturday & Sunday)**, ticket cancellation and ticket change requests are **not applicable**.
-   Ticket cancellation or changes are **not permitted** when fewer than **five seats remain available** or when the sailing is fully booked.
-   Ticket cancellations must be made during business hours.

**Important:** The final decision regarding ticket cancellation or ticket changes rests solely with the ferry operator. Ferryvn.com acts only as a booking agent and is unable to override or alter the operator’s policies.
